Our goal was to promote the ideas in the book "How to Overthrow
the Government" by respected national syndicated columnist
and political commentator Arianna Huffington, and to create an ongoing
web-based organization for change.

The campaign consisted of three major components: guerrilla
marketing, paid media and promotions/events/publicity.

Developed and created a website that went live
in advance of the book and would still have utility beyond the
book's publication date.

Developed and created a grassroots advertising campaign and
gained nation-wide notability through a successful national
campaign of print, TV and radio advertising utilizing celebrity
voiceovers of Bill Maher and Harry Shearer.

Achieved large amounts of PR coverage utilizing
our ability to leverage earned media through paid advertising.

Result: Website became the website for Shadow Conventions
2000, the protest conventions which took place simultaneously with
the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, and continues
to thrive.
